Refund policy

Once a purchase has been made, the customer will not be able to cancel it or ask for a refund, since all of the pieces are made to order. Customer cannot ask for a replacement piece if there are size issues, so we recommend double checking the size before placing an order.

In the unlikely event of a customer receiving a damaged item, it should be immediately intimidated to us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. You can either reach us out, through our email id: gunjan@ayoniza.com, or you can submit a request via our Contact Us page. And in such circumstances, the dress shall be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact. Once we receive the dress, and the aforementioned conditions are checked, a coupon will be issued within 2-3 working days which will have the same denomination, as the item/s that have been returned.
